The 'Clerks' soundtrack, featuring songs by Alice in Chains, Girls Against Boys, Bad Religion and Soul Asylum will be released on vinyl for the first time to celebrate the film's 20th anniversary.
As reported by Rolling Stone, the two LPs that accompany Kevin Smith's black comedy will be available on 11 November. Rumour has it that licensing the songs for the soundtrack cost more that the the production costs of recording the music in the first place. 'Clerks' also made Alice in Chains' 'Got Me Wrong' a hit.
Released in 1994, Clerks marked Kevin Smith out as a major talent and ensured cult status in the form of his character Silent Bob.
Last week Smith revealed the disturbing first clip from his upcoming film 'Tusk', scheduled for release on 19 September.
