Calvin Harris has achieved his seventh No.1 single with his new track with John Newman, 'Blame'. Watch the video below.
Having unveiled the single last week, Calvin Harris achieved the result (his fifth solo No.1 and his seventh as part of a collaboration) overwhelmingly due to single sales and downloads, reports the Official Charts Company. Only 13% of the figures came from audio service such as Spotify and Deezer. Former number one 'Prayer in C' by Lily Wood and Robin Shulz has now slipped to number two.

It's the latest triumph in a successful summer for Harris. His track 'Summer' has named the most streamed song of the past six months by Spotify, having racked up an impressive 160 million listens on the streaming service since its release back in June.
Harris was recently named the richest DJ on Earth by Forbes magazine. His fortune has risen from $46 million to $66 million over the past 12 months, with Forbes' estimates based on earnings from record sales, live shows, merchandise sales, endorsements and external business ventures.
