The Libertines played a hit-filled set in Copenhagen last night (23 September) ahead of their three-night Aexandra Palace residency.
The recently-reformed band kicked off their European tour at Store Vega, during which they played classic tracks such as 'Time For Heroes', 'Can't Stand Me Now', 'Don't Look Back Into The Sun' and 'What Became Of The Likely Lads'.
As NME reports, the band came onto the stage, which was decorated with their Up The Bracket artwork, to Vera Lynn's 'We'll Meet Again'.
Bassist John Hassall used the fact he lives in Copenhagen to get the crowd well and truly on side - speaking Danis and performing a traditional Danish folk song on the guitar.
The gig preceded The Libertines' three gigs at London's Alexandra Palace this Friday, Saturday and Sunday. For tickets and more info, click here.
