The (relatively) warm weather may have thrown you off the scent, but today is the first day of October, and thus UK festival season is over. Only the most sadistic of people would have any wish to camp in a British field beyond September...
Don't fear though, the rumours you've heard are true - there are countries out there whose summer extends beyond a week.
From Corona Capital in Mexico to Vodafone Mexefest in Lisbon, here are some of the best overseas festivals still to come. If you have incredibly flexible working hours, and a few hundred quid to spend on plane tickets, then this list will have the perfect festival for you.
