MØ has taken to Twitter to address her shaky SNL performance with Iggy Azalea over the weekend, blaming technical issues and saying "It pains me."
The pair teamed up on the long-running US sketch show for the first live rendition of their new single 'Beg For It'. Sadly, things didn't go smoothly for MØ, whose vocals were badly out of time and weren't entirely in tune either. You can watch the performance here.

I feel bad for MØ, the shit performance on SNL and her vocals on Beg For It are altered to the point where it doesn't sound like her.

Following the incident, MØ posted a photo of a handwritten note on Twitter, which said: "I had some technical issues which caused latency on my vocals, and as a result I got confused and my timing was off. It pains me and I'm SO sad today. But life goes on..."

This isn't the first time an SNL performance has gone badly - Lana Del Rey's performance of 'Video Games' in 2012 was hugely criticised.
