To celebrate Record Store Day, The Dresden Dolls stopped by Rough Trade in Brooklyn to play their first US show together in five years – and you can watch the entire concert below.
Along with their performance, The Dresden Dolls also released a Record Store Day exclusive: The Virginia Monologues, a 3-disc colored vinyl set, which included previously released ‘Yes Virginia’ (2006) and ‘No Virginia’ (2008).
Ahead of the show, Amanda Palmer wrote on her blog: “EXPECT ABSOLUTE FUCKING MAYHEM. arrive early – this shit is going to be packed. the dolls haven’t played together in years, we’ve certainly never played wig a pregnant member, and this is historic & special.”
You can now watch that show of “mayhem” below, in full.
