In today's most surreal video you can now watch Sesame Street's Big Bird perform baller classic 'Still Not A Player' by Big Pun. Watch the video below.
The history of Sesame Street and hiphop is a long one and the show has seen appearances by LL Cool J, Ice T, Snoop Dogg and the Fugees. However rarely have the two art forms come together so wonderfully as the video below.
Thanks to Ben Robots (aka Animal Robot) we get to see the Sesame Street character perform Still Not A Player, Pun's 1998 hit that features the immortal line "Puffing the lye from my Twinzito / Up in the Benzito with my kiko from Queens nicknamed Perico." However we must express our slight dismay that the line "I'm sick, you couldn't measure my dick with six rulers" has been given a radio edit.

If the style feels familiar than you might recognise how in March Animal Robot had Earl Sinclair from Dinosaurs rapping along to Notorious BIG.
Big Bird is clearly having something of a moment in pop culture. A documentary entitled I Am Big Bird is released in UK cinemas this month chronicling the life of 81 year old Caroll Spinney, the man who has been Sesame Street's Big Bird and Oscar the Grouch since 1969.
