Ed Sheeran has unveiled the nostalgic official video for comeback single 'Castle On The Hill' Check out the clip below.
Filmed in the singer's hometown of Flamlingham in Suffolk, Sheeran takes a trip down memory lane, as the video portrays key moments in his teenage life. We see a younger Sheeran experience his first kiss, drive around country lanes and drink with friends - with the clip suitably reflecting the songs lyrical content of growing up in rural England.
Sheeran revealed in a Tweet that the young actors playing him and his friends are students from his old high school.
The double comeback single release of 'Castle On The Hill' and 'Shape Of You' saw Sheeran Smash the record for most streams on the service in a single day. 'Shape Of You' gained 6,868,642 streams, with 'Castle On The Hill' clocking-up 6,168,395 in the first 24 hours.
Other track titles from the upcoming Divide record include 'Eraser', 'Hearts Don't Break Around Here' and 'Galway Girl'. The album will feature twelve songs.
Ed Sheeran is also expected to announce tour dates for March and is heavily rumoured to headline Glastonbury Festival.
A video to accompany second single 'Shape Of You' has also been filmed, so expect that to be released shortly.
Divide will be released on March 3.
