Nick Cannon has said his one-time feud with Eminem over wife Mariah Carey was “awesome”.
The pair fell out in 2009 over Eminem's song 'Bagpipes From Baghdad', during which he raps that he wants to have another “crack” at the singer.
The rapper, who has previously claimed to have dated Carey in 2001, adds: "Nick Cannon better back...up. I'm not playing, I want her back, you punk'."
Cannon said recently that he had laid the diss to rest, but appearing on Piers Morgan Tonight on Monday (May 30) he admitted that he did take offence.
Asked if he could take on Eminem in a fight, he replied: "He'd have too many bodyguards around him.
“Anyone who insults my wife or my family, I have an issue with. I do. I understand that - I would have to see where that man actually was coming from. If he was saying, man, this is entertainment, this is something.
“But if you literally have a problem with me, then we can solve that problem.”
Cannon and Carey recently welcomed the birth of twins.
