Vanilla Ice - real name Robert Van Winkle - was arrested on Wednesday by police in Florida, charged with residential burglary and grand theft.
Ice was charged with stealing items from a vacant residence in Florida - a house opposite the house he is currently renovating in conjunction with his DIY/HGTV show The Vanilla Ice Project.
The rapper has allegedly stolen furniture, bicycles and a pool heater from the vacant residence. For what possible reason is left for the public to speculate over. After obtaining a search warrant for the missing items, police recovered them at "a residence under the care and control of Van Winkle".
Ever the gentleman, Vanilla voluntarily met with the police officers after the items were recovered and returned to their owner, and is currently facing charges of residential burglary and grand theft. Let's just hope he doesn't get iced (iced, baby).
