Tom Jenkinson has announced that he will be releasing another album under his Squarepusher pseudonym on 21 April this year, via Warp Records.
The follow up to 2014's Music For Robots looks to be Squarepusher turning back to intense IDM, judging from the album teaser. Containing major flashing images, it offers up a sample of the electronically produced unforgiving sound that fans of Squarepusher's older material will be very familiar with.
Jenkinson said of Damogen Furies, "through this record I aim to explore as forcefully as possible the hallucinatory, the nightmarish and the brutally visceral capacities of electronic music."

As part of the announcement, album track 'Rayc Fire 2' is available to download from Squarepusher's website - and is just one of all the eight tracks that make up the album to be recorded in a single take and put onto the album unedited.
