Adele wins five-figure damages pay-out for photos of infant son
Photos of Angelo were taken on holiday

Adele has won a massive five-figure damages pay out in a court case from a photo agency, after they tried to sell photos of her one-year-old son Angelo.
The pictures were taken while the family were on holiday and depict husband Simon Konecki with his son, reports the Huffington Post. Described by the agency as 'milestone moments', they were taken on two occasions, but can never be used again after the court ruled Angelo is not 'public property'.
Adele's lawyer Jenny Afia said: "It is a matter of profound sadness that many of his milestone moments, such as his first family outing and his first trip to playgroup, were photographed and published worldwide expressly against his family’s wishes."
"These images were taken during private, recreational time unconnected with professional or public engagements. They represent a clear infringement of our client’s right to privacy."

She continued: "These images were of routine, everyday family occasions which the paparazzi has no right to intrude upon, profit from and file away in picture libraries for future reference and use”, she continued.
Afia confirmed that the couple would be seeding the money into a damages fund for baby Angelo. Saying that they would “continue to do all they can to protect Angelo’s rights in relation to the paparazzi, including taking legal action where necessary”.
Meanwhile, rumours continue as to whether Adele is due to release her new album and announce a tour.
