Rapidly rising star Aurora has revealed the video for her cover of Oasis' 'Half The World Away', ahead of the singer's UK live tour in February. Watch it below.
The song was originally unveiled last week, as part of John Lewis' much-anticipated Christmas advert. Now though, she's revealed her own video.
The video sees Aurora singing to the camera in a stark white room, interspersed with footage of her making origami boats and dancing. There's not a snowflake or man on the moon in sight.

Speaking to Gigwise in Hoxton Square a few months back, the rising star said, "We try too hard to be the idea of something we'd like to be, and I think there's a moment where you realise 'I'm not that person, I'm not cool, I'm maybe a bit awkward, but that's me'... I would encourage people to do just what comes naturally to them."
Meanwhile, former Oasis manager and Creation Records boss Alan McGee recently slammed Aurora's cover in an interview with Gigwise. "I think it's rubbish," he said. "I don’t know what anybody else thinks of it though. I’m pleased for Noel that he got his royalties, I hope they gave him a million quid but I thought actually it was rubbish." We respectfully disagree.
Aurora's upcoming UK tour dates are as follows and tickets are available here.
Aurora will play:
Monday 1 February - Deaf Institute, Manchester
Tuesday 2 February - Union Chapel, London
