A record shop in Crediton, Devon has gone up on sale on Ebay for £8,999 - and you even can 'buy it now'.
The shop has been going for seven years but is being sold so the owner can start a new another business. The lease on the shop ends in October, with the current owner having no plans of renewing it.
The statement in the listing reads: "I have built the business up for the last 7 years, and can also give out supplier contact details. This is a great opportunity to start up your own record shop."
It also states the buyer will receive: "Thousands upon thousands of new and used vinyl singles, albums & box sets, CD singles and albums." It also includes merchandise including badges, posters, mugs and t-shirts."
With over "20,000" items included in the £8,999 price tag, "this is a ready made business for someone to start."
The opportunity to take on this stock comes at a time when vinyl sales are the highest in 15 years. According to the British Phonographic Industry 780,000 vinyl albums were sold in 2013 - the largest number since 817,000 were sold in 1997.
